D’FEST 2018

Buskers Dance Institute’s annual inter school dance competition, D’Fest took place on the 28th and 29th of August, 2018. MGD’s whole and soul participation was along with several of the top schools of the state. Our team was selected in the solo classical dance (junior), solo classical dance (senior), group senior western dance, group folk dance and group classical/semi- classical dance categories after the semi-final round on 20th and 21st of August. The hustle, the uphill battle and the will to win never ceases to reap delighting consequences as months of relentless practice and hard work indeed gave us sweet rewards when we bagged the First position in group classical/semi-classical category for the third time, first runners up position in solo classical dance category(senior) and second runners up position in solo classical dance category(junior).
