Student Council Oath Taking Ceremony, 2021

Swearing in for the new student council for the academic year 2021-22 began with motivating words from Madam Principal, who stressed on the importance of seeing this as the beginning of a new journey and not the end. The newly appointed cabinet repeated the Oath and was officially sworn in as the leaders of MGD Girls' School. The address by the head girl, Riddhima Magon, pointed out how these tough times have strengthened them and made them more aware and strong. The cabinet vowed to be responsible and become the pillars of the school. At the end, the Ranger's Watchword was sung, reminding us that we are stronger together, as a chain. The event ended with the school prayer ‘I Would be True’.
