76th Republic Day was celebrated at MGD Girls' School

The 76th Republic Day was celebrated infused with patriotism at MGD Girls' School. The event started by the unfurling of the National Flag by the Principal, Mrs Archana S Mankotia along with the Administrative Officer, Col SS Sangwan Sena Medal Bar, Mrs Pramendra Khangarot Vice Principal and all coordinators.

The school premises echoed with impressive commands of the NCC cadets while they marched in full glory and charm of patriotism, accompanied by the school band. The melodious patriotic songs added melody to the feelings of pride and patriotism. Ananya Podder, Head Girl administered the oath, which was followed by the Principal's address in which she apprised the students about the interesting facts of the Indian Constitution and how duties follow rights everywhere. She motivated the students to be true to their duties as students of MGD and to be always ready to stand for the harder right instead of the easy wrong. The joyful celebration ended with sweets distribution for all students and staff.
