With the vision to motivate, train and inspire young minds to hone skills of leadership, camaraderie and collaboration, MGD Girls' School curated the Global Leadership Programme LEAD-I. This 14 day  programme was attended by students of leading schools of UAE, Bhutan and UAE.
The LEAD-I Programme at MGD Girls' School inspired participants with a series of transformative sessions. Each day witnessed an eminent guest speaker like Ms Shagun Chaudhary,
Hon' Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, AVSM, Padma Shri and Khel Ratna recipient, Environmentalist Dr. Latika Nath, Col Sunil Brij Krishan, Ms. Girija Singh, Ms Smriti Irani, Mr Kalyan Singh Rathore,Ms Poonam Jamwal Ms Shyla Raghav and 
Maj Gen KVS Lalotra AVSM YSM SM,Member Board of Governors MGD. 
The LEAD-I Programme also catered to in-house learning sessions by the MGD Faculty on topics like Emotional Intelligence, Discovering India capsules on Roots of Rajasthan, Incredible India,  Indigenous Games played across various cultures,  Fractal Design and Gratitude Vault. JECRC University conducted Leadership Sessions for three days. 
The LEAD-I Program also aimed at introducing our young leaders to the vivid, panoramic landscapes of India. To unwind from the busy schedules, the participants were taken for Jaipur Darshan, exploring the Forts, the local markets of the city and to the charm of The Rambagh Palace. The host school, also organized a 3-day trip to Agra, Fatehpur Sikri and Ranthambore. 
The evenings were remarkably colourful with dance, art and music coming together in the form of craft bazaar, puppet making, tie and die sessions, ghoomar performance and music sessions of violin and guitar.
The Program was a perfect blend of Dance and Drama, Art and Culture woven with learning.
The diverse sessions instilled essential leadership qualities, emphasizing collaboration, resilience, and empowerment, leaving participants motivated to create meaningful change.
