Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls' School organised a session on entrepreneurship skills on 9 October 2024 in collabration with JECRC university for the students of class XI. The guest speaker was Ms. Komal Joshi, Incubation Manager, JECRC University and Mr. Pushpendra Shekhawat, Executive Member, community engagement at incubation centre, JECRC university. He has been a part of new initiatives such as Startup Pathshala and Entrepreneurship Development Program.

Ms. Joshi elucidated the intricacies of establishing a successful startup, empowering students to discover essential skills for entrepreneurial success, including leadership, vision, time management and organization, effective communication, teamwork, innovation and adaptability , srategic planning and risk management.

Through this interactive session, students gained invaluable insights into the entrepreneurial mindset, recognizing the importance of ideation, problem-solving market analysis, research, financial planning , resource allocation and building resilient business models.

By cultivating these skills the aspiring entrepreneurs can transition from job seekers to job providers, driven by economic growth and innovation.
