The MGD Chess team participated in the SGFI District Chess Tournament, with a total of 22 teams and players competing in the event. Our girls claimed the championship team trophy in the U-17 girls category. Each team member made a significant contribution, scoring a total of 20 out of 30 points. The individual scores were as follows:

Aashi Upadhyay (11 A) - 6 points

Shreya Shekhawat (10)- 4.5 points

Arisha Hussain (11 F) - 3.5 points

Hansika Khandelwal (8 G) - 3 points

Iznaa Panwar (9 A) - 3 points

In addition to the team gold medal, Aashi Upadhyay won the individual championship with a perfect score of 6/6 and has been selected to represent the Jaipur team at the SGFI State Tournament.
