Educational Visit to Kalki Temple, Jaipur

The FILMIT club members of MGD Girls’ School embarked on an educational visit to the Kalki Temple in Jaipur on 10 th September 2024. The group included 20 students from Class VI to X. The temple, dedicated to the tenth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, offered a serene atmosphere for spiritual growth and learning.

The students were briefed about the temple's history and significance by their teachers. They

actively participated in the guided tour, asking insightful questions and displaying keen interest in the temple's architecture and mythology. The visit commenced with a calming meditation, where students were encouraged to participate and learn about the rituals. This was followed by a tour of the temple premises, where the curious students observed the intricate carvings and sculptures depicting scenes from Hindu mythology.

The visit to Kalki Temple proved to be an enriching experience for the students, fostering spiritual growth and awareness, appreciation for Indian culture and heritage, development of

critical thinking and inquiry skills, enhanced teamwork and discipline among students.

The group was escorted by club incharges, Ms Asha Laungani, Ms Santosh Rathore and Ms Neetu Mathur.
