On 7th of September the Boatders of MGD Girls' School celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi. The celebration started off with an introduction of the festival followed by a quiz. An act was also performed, portraying the story of Lord Ganesha’s birth. The LH kids sang Bhajan and presented a dance.

Colonel Sangwan briefed about the teachings of Lord Ganesha. Students and staff then proceeded for the Aarti followed by modak distribution.
