Prep section celebrated Janmashtmi
The students of the Prep section celebrated Janmashtmi on 28 August 2024 in MSKK Wing on the school. Mrs Archana S Mankotia, Principal MGD Girls' School graced the event at the Guest of Honour along with Ms Sunita Rathore, Prep Coordinator.
The little ones enacted the Krishna Leela wherein they showed the birth of the Lord, His miracles and sung His praises in the form of bhajans.
As the small feet danced to the melody of the Bhajan 'Choti Choti Gaiyyain' the atmosphere resonated with the devotion for the Lord.
The soul touching Bhajan Achyutam Keshvam and Meera's prayer for Krishna added air of reverence.The confident narration of Krishna Dohavali impressed the audience and added a fresh innocence to the event.
The show concluded with the speech by the Principal in which she complimented the students for their colourful and delightful performances.
