Day boarding Activity on Hydro rocketry
Hydro rocketry: A water rocket is a type of model rocket using water as its reaction mass. The water is forced out by a pressurized gas, typically compressed air. Like all rocket engines, it operates on the principle of Newton's third law of motion.
Based on the above theory, Department of Science conducted Hydro rocketry activity with classVI during their Day Boarding classes on 29th and 30th July2024 in which students got hand- on experience by building their own water rockets from waste plastic bottles, discovering the principles of aerodynamics and propulsion in a fun and engaging way.
