29 July 2024, MGD Girls' School paid homage to the founder - Maharani Gayatri Devi ji on her fifteenth death anniversary.
The Shradhanjali was attended by the Chairperson, Maharaj Jai Singh ji, Ms Jane Himmeth Singh, Member board of Governors, President MGD Girls' Guild, Ms Nirmala Durlabhji, Executive Member board of Governors, MGD Girls' School, Kunwar Ajay Singh ji, Member of The MGD society , Mrs Archana S Mankotia, Principal, MGD Girls' School and other esteemed members of the school along with students and staff. After a soulful rendition of bhajans and offering prayers,
the Principal, in her address to the students, highlighted the importance of legacy and that the true tribute to our reverent founder would be to always strive for excellence and to aspire to be a better version of ourselves.
Kunwar Ajay Singh ji elaborated upon the same idea of being progressive and cultured members of the society.
The event came to an end with a floral tribute offered to Rajmata Sahiba by all the dignitaries, followed by the staff and student council.
