Inter-House Aquatic Meet 2024
Opening Ceremony- The three-day Annual Inter house Aquatic Meet, kicked off with a grand start on the 7th of April with Mrs Archana S Mankotia, Principal, MGD Girls’ School as the Chief Guest of the Opening Ceremony.
The annual event is an opportunity for the young swimmers to showcase their skills in various aquatic events . All participants displayed exemplary strength and expertise in all the swimming strokes, namely, butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle as well as freestyle kicking for the younger students.
The swimming team also presented a graceful choreography in the synchronized swimming event, exhibiting teamwork, dedication and hard work.
The grand ceremony has set the tone for the days ahead, as students enthusiastically look forward to more thrilling events in great anticipation for their respective houses to emerge victorious.
Day 2 of the Inter House Aquatic Meet witnessed a wide variety of events ranging from different strokes to relays. The participants showcased an exemplary display of team work, by performing Synchronised Swimming and ending the day on a thrilling note.
The Closing ceremony was graced by Mr Tanishk Kaswan Nayasar, an exceptional swimmer of International repute as the Chief Guest.
He encouraged the students by giving three golden rules- Believe in yourself, Strive Harder and Keep Breaking records. The event ended with a scintillating and enthralling Synchronised Swimming - a beautiful blend of swimming and music.
