Disaster Management and SDG club
The members, teachers and volunteers of the DM and SDG club collected, waste papers, old files and scrap from hostels, Commerce Department, Psychology lab, Cabinet room and Primary Section. The AL Paper House visited the school on the 4th May 2024 and took back a completely filled truck of the collected material.
The collected scrap will be recycled and after a long process, various paper products will be delivered to the school.
Arpita Podder, the secretary, conducted a meeting to discuss the activities and briefed the new members and junior volunteers about the club's progression. The meeting also helped in the designation of roles to the students. Activities to be conducted this year were discussed upon with some valuable inputs from the junior minds.
