MGD Girls’ School celebrated Earth day

The beauty of the earth speaks of the magnanimity of its creator. Unfortunately, we are not able to keep the legacy intact and here we are face to face with a global crisis. The need of the hour is to create awareness and take small yet significant steps towards a safe and clean environment.
Unto this, students of Green Warriors Club and courageous cadet club of MGD Girls’ School celebrated Earth day on the theme Planet versus Plastic. The initiative was marked by taking a pledge towards a safe and clean environment by all the students of the school, class wise.
An awareness campaign , named, Clean-a-thon was executed collaboratively by MGD School and Nagar Nigam Greater Jaipur, Malviya Nagar Zone,where students of classes 6,7,9 and 10th cleaned Ramnivas garden area enthusiastically, exemplifying the pledge and making a significant contribution in the society.
The campaign was graced by Madam Arshdeep Brar Deputy commissioner Malviya Nagar zone.
