MGD Girls’ School, Jaipur, initiated Kaizen-Personality Development and Confidence Building Module for its students in the boarding house across classes I to XII in the year 2021, under the vision of its Principal, Mrs. Archana S. Mankotia.

A session titled- Leadership Development under the module was conducted on 8th February 2024 by Ms Cherry Goyal, Cultural Coordinator and Cambridge in-charge for the boarders of Class XI.

The objective of the session was to guide participants through an organized process that combines introspection and creative expression. The session aimed at facilitating self-discovery and personal development through Introspection and Exploration of virtues and qualities.

The session was activity based and the students were first engaged in a team building game called “Steer Your Team through Life”, for which the trainer gave various instructions and the teams drove their vehicles around the training area. After the initial activity, the students went virtue shopping, an activity for which riddles based on leadership qualities were placed around the training area.

The session enabled students to develop strategies for self-improvement, benefit from their strengths, and cultivate higher self-esteem.
