Small but mighty, discover the power of Millets.

M.G.D. Girls' School launched an e-recipe book. It was unveiled by Ma'am Principal, Mrs. Archana S. Mankotia on 12th of December ,2023. The book has been prepared by the students of MGD under the able guidance of Dr. Shalini Sharma, PGT Home Science.It incorporates various cooking methods for a variety of delicious dishes. In the first section of the book, techniques for making items from coarse grains have been provided in view of the Millets' Year celebrations. Other than that, it covers recipes for beverages, starters, main courses, desserts, etc., using millets . Madam Principal appreciated the students' efforts and encouraged them for similar endeavors in the future.
