A group of 42 girls along with two escort teachers, Dr. Shalini Sharma and Mrs. Nisha

Mathur, visited Ananta Institute of Hotel Management and Allied Studies, Jaipur on 17th October 2023. A

campus tour was arranged where the students saw Front Office Department, Aviation room, Main Kitchen and

Bakery Section of the Institute. In bakery section students attended the session where they learnt making

Doughnuts, Chocolates, Icing the cakes and to pipe out the Cupcakes with chef Nupur and chef Yashwant.

In another session with chef Pathak students learnt and made Mocktails- Water Melon Mojito,

Virgin Pina Colada, Virgin Mary.

It was great learning for students as well as for teachers.
