The Young Leadership Conclave, held at Modern School Vasant Vihar, Delhi, from August 08-12, 2023, was an enriching experience for students from across the country, including participants from MGD Girls' School. With the theme "The Startup Soup," the conclave aimed to familiarize students with startups, diverse marketing domains, and the essence of entrepreneurship.

Divided into teams, students were challenged to create original products and present them at the concluding trade show. This interactive event provided a unique opportunity for students to engage in discussions with accomplished entrepreneurs, further enhancing their knowledge and understanding.

The culmination was marked by a final pitch, where the students' innovative ideas were showcased before Mrs. Namita Thapar. This conclave not only imparted valuable insights but also fostered teamwork, creativity, and a deeper appreciation for the world of startups and leadership.
