An annual training camp was held from 10th June-19th June 2022 in MGPS school Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur where 580 cadets from 3 different districts of Rajasthan participated. 24 Cadets from our school attended the camp and participated in various competitions like drill, shooting, folk song, folk dance, skit, poster making, quiz, tug of war, line area and debate competition. The cadets also attended various informative sessions on field craft, battle craft, map reading and weapon training. The camp provided the cadets with the opportunity to learn firing with actual guns. Morning yoga and evening games were also organised on a daily basis for the cadets. We are proud to announce that the cadets brought laurels to our school by winning the following competitions: 1)Shooting: Cadet Yashaswini Rajawat bagged the 1st position. 2) Quiz: cadet Parineeta Singh and cadet Jhanvi Saran bagged the second position. 3)Line area: 1st position 4) Group song: 2nd position 5) Group dance: 1st position 6)Skit: 1st position 7) Tug of war: 1st position Drill Competition: 1st position The cadets are full of gratitude to the school, Madam principal, Mrs Archana S. Mankotia for providing them with such wonderful opportunity and enriching experience. ANO Chief officer Anjali Sharma has constantly guided and encouraged the cadets.
