MGD organised a demonstration on Scuba Diving at the school Swimming Pool. The resource persons for the same were Mrs. Archana Sardana and Mr. Rajiv Sardana. Madam Principal, Mrs.Archana S. Mankotia and the Administrative Officer Col. S.S Sangwan, SM*( Retd) graced us with their presence. Mrs. Archana Sardana a mountaineer, scuba diver and instructor who has also registered her name in Limca book of records and Mr.Rajiv Sardana, a commander in the Indian Navy started off the event by describing the requirements for scuba diving. Mrs Archana Sardana demonstrated the techniques like underwater breathing required for scuba diving to the students. Madam Principal expressed her gratitude towards Mrs Archana Sardana and Mr Rajiv Sardana and also enlightened us with her own experience in Thailand. The curious minds put up a series of questions well answered by Mrs Sardana. It was a wonderful learning experience for all.
