On 13th of January, 2023, the boarding community of MGD Girls’ School celebrated the festive occasion of Lohri near the open-air stage. Col. S.S. Sangwan graced the occasion with his presence. A ceremonial bonfire was lit and students danced around it in joyous harmony. Sweets in the form of Prasad was distributed to everyone. The first festival of the year was welcomed with a musical zeal.
