Let’s Talk: Group Discussion Date-7th May 2022 MGD Girls’ School, Jaipur, in continuation to its extraordinary feat under the vision of its Principal, Mrs Archana S Mankotia, initiated Personality Development and Confidence Building Sessions for its students in the boarding house across classes II to XII. The fourth session under this module was conducted for the students of class XII on 7th May by Ms Cherry Goyal, Cultural Coordinator of the school, ELT Expert and Teacher Trainer. The session titled ‘Let’s Talk’ was a Group Discussion session. The session aimed at developing self-confidence, fostering communication skills and enhancing fluency through flow of thoughts, spontaneity and building insight on contemporary topics. The session began with a general discussion and brainstorming activities. The discussion pivoted around topics like Importance of Sex Education in Schools; LGBTQ Rights and Problems. All the students participated very enthusiastically and articulated their thoughts quite well. This session was highly interactive and effective and all the students went back more confident and excited, thanking the Principal, School and Ms Cherry.
