Parmartham, as the name suggests, means doing something for others, and through this drive we attempted the same. The Community Service Club of MGD Girls’ School initiated this drive in December during the “Kindness Week”. As part of the drive, students were requested to donate stationary items, books and clothes which were in good and usable condition. The drive culminated on11 March, 2022, with 12 students and 3 teachers visiting ‘Aashray Care Home’ located in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur to donate all the stuff. It was a very enriching experience for all of us. While working for the drive we realized that money can’t buy happiness and we should be grateful for what we have. At all times, we should give back something to the society. Anne Frank’s quote,“ No one has ever become poor by giving”, finally explains the essence of the drive.
