Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake. -Rabindranath Tagore MGD Girls' School, Jaipur celebrated Republic Day on the morning of 26th January with great elan. The tricolor was unfurled by the Principal Mrs. Archana S Mankotia with great pride followed by the national anthem. The head girl and the students pledged to hold up the honour and integrity. The patriotic songs performed by the music department reverberated with enthusiasm and patriotic fervour. The celebration ended as the principal encouraged students to follow their duties towards their country and be a good citizen. She also encouraged students to follow "Naveen Kalpana" and be innovative and fulfill their dreams .
