When you become a leader, success is all about growing others." - Jack Welch Ridhima Magon- Head Girl, Rashi Khatod- Event Coordinator Performing Arts, Ria Dhandia- Event Coordinator Literary, Palak Jain- Event Coordinator- Technology and Vagmi Singh- Games and Sports Captain participated in the IPSC Students Conclave, organized virtually at PPS Nabha from October 24 to 26, 2021 with the theme 'Schools: The Cradles of iGeneration Leaders'. On the first day, the students got a chance to interact with General Bikram Singh, who talked about what true leadership means and how to incorporate it in our lives. The keynote speaker for the second day was Mr Ketan Bhagat, an author and motivational speaker, he taught the students about the new norms of leadership while on the last day, Mr Vivek Atray, a retired IAS officer and a motivational speaker talked about attitude and how we need to change it, he emphasised that gratitude should be our attitude and how we need to stop over worrying and overthinking. Besides the Keynote addresses, the student leaders presented their take on different topics under the theme, from the deconstruction of the UN to the Old v/s New Leadership. It was an amazing platform to connect with likeminded people and have incredible discussions revolving around the theme.
