22nd “Kargil Vijay Diwas” was observed and celebrated by the Courageous Cadets Club of Maharani Gayatri Devi School, Jaipur from 21st July to 24th July 2021. During this week, various activities were conducted for the NCC Cadets of the school using the virtual medium including Flag Area Competition, Poem Recitation Competition, Role Play Competition and Poster Making Competition. To commemorate the martyrs of Kargil War, the club organised a virtual celebration on 26th July 2021. The Guest of Honour for the event was Col. S.P. Tiwari, the Group Commander of Jaipur. Col. N. K. Yadav, the Commanding Officer of 1 Raj Girls BN NCC was also present during the virtual program. Ceremony consisted of melodious renditions, beautiful dance performance, followed by the glimpses of the competitions conducted throughout the week. The results of all the competitions were declared by Madam Principal, followed by words of inspiration from the Guest of Honour. The programme was beautifully curated by the Courageous Cadets Club, Chief Officer Mrs Anjali Sharma and teacher in charge Ms Kartika Sharma.
